Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use fibonexpro.com, including the courses, Dashboard, Trading Journal, Wealth Builder, Crypto Terminologies, workshops and related pages. By creating an account or using FibonexPro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FibonexPro.
Using FibonexPro and your account
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and able to use services related to cryptocurrency there.
- Give accurate information, keep one account for yourself and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at admin@fibonexpro.com if you think someone else has used it.
Pioneer and Trader membership
FibonexPro has two member types. Pioneers have the Crypto Course and the learning tools. Traders also have the Trading Course and the Trading Journal.
Trader access is given after our team reviews an exchange UID you submit. We may approve, decline, pause or remove Trader access, for example when information cannot be verified or the service is misused. Trader access is access to education and tools. It is not a trading service.
Education only
Everything on FibonexPro, including courses, workshops, examples, frameworks, charts, calculators, terminology, strategies and Journal statistics, is for education. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice where you need it.
Trading and cryptocurrency risk
Educational access only. Trading involves risk. No profit is guaranteed.
Cryptocurrency and leveraged trading are volatile, and you can lose some or all of the money you trade. Past results, including any shown in examples or in your own Journal, do not predict future results. You are responsible for your trading decisions, exchange accounts, wallets, security, taxes and any losses. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
FibonexPro is not an exchange or broker
FibonexPro does not hold your funds, execute trades, provide wallets or custody any asset. The Trading Journal records the trades you enter yourself, and the Wealth Builder calculates projections from the figures you give it. Neither connects to your exchange accounts or places orders.
Exchanges and referral relationships
FibonexPro links to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and services, and some links include a FibonexPro referral code. FibonexPro may receive compensation when you register or trade through an eligible referral link. This is how part of FibonexPro is funded, and we disclose it so you can decide with that in mind.
Those companies are independent of FibonexPro. We do not control their services, fees, security, availability or decisions, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Choose any exchange based on your own research.
Airdrops and other third-party opportunities
Airdrops and similar opportunities listed on FibonexPro are run by other organisations. They can change, end or carry risk without notice, and some listings use referral links. Check every project yourself, start small, use a separate wallet for experiments, and never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
Emails and third-party services
We send the emails your account needs, such as email verification, password resets, Trader access decisions and changes to your account status. Essential course and community updates related to membership are included with the account. Promotional partner and exchange offers are not included with signup.
Historical optional email preferences remain on record and can be withdrawn through an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Partner and exchange email may include transparent referral relationships under the section above. Creating an account does not record promotional marketing consent.
Some features use services run by other companies. The Workshop loads automatically from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and attempts muted inline autoplay. Published course videos load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode when a signed-in member opens the lesson and do not autoplay. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Privacy Statement explains what each one receives and how FibonexPro stores course progress.
Course content and our materials
The courses, videos, written material, templates, frameworks, branding and website content belong to FibonexPro or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own education. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape or share them, or package them as your own product.
What you add to FibonexPro
You keep ownership of what you add, such as Journal records, strategies, comments and form submissions. You give FibonexPro permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service, including showing strategies you make public on your public page at fibonexpro.com/strategies/{your username}/, which anyone on the web can open, with your username and chosen avatar, and showing your comments and ratings to other Traders with your username.
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that could harm members.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- share your account or sell access to FibonexPro;
- post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or that promotes scams or guaranteed returns;
- try to access other members' information or parts of the service you are not allowed to use;
- interfere with the service, overload it, or collect content from it by automated means.
Restricting, suspending or closing accounts
We may restrict or suspend an account, or remove access, if these terms are broken, if we detect fraud or misuse, or to protect members or the service. When we change the status of your account we will usually tell you why by email. You can stop using FibonexPro at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep FibonexPro available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, courses and tools over time.
Disclaimer
FibonexPro is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not make promises about specific results, income, market performance or the accuracy of third-party information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FibonexPro is not responsible for trading or investment losses, for decisions you make using its content or tools, or for the actions of exchanges and other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FibonexPro changes. We will change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we will tell members by email or on the site. Continuing to use FibonexPro after an update means you accept the updated terms.
