Who we are and what this covers
FibonexPro is a crypto and trading education service available at fibonexpro.com. It includes the Crypto Course for Pioneers, the Trading Course and Trading Journal for Traders, the Wealth Builder, Crypto Terminologies, workshops and the related public pages.
This statement explains the personal information FibonexPro handles when you use any of these, and the choices you have. For questions about it, email admin@fibonexpro.com.
Information you give us
- Your account. Your name, email address and password when you sign up. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to FibonexPro staff.
- Trader access. The exchange you chose and the exchange UID you submit when you ask for Trading Course access, together with the status of that request.
- Your Trading Journal. The trading accounts, trades, executions, notes, strategies, screenshots and review details you enter, and the username you choose. Screenshots are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links.
- What you share publicly. A strategy you choose to make public appears on your public page at fibonexpro.com/strategies/{your username}/, which anyone on the web can open, together with your username, the built-in avatar you picked and your member type (Trader). Comments and ratings you leave on public strategies are visible to other Traders together with your username. Your email, trades, accounts, notes, statistics and private strategies are never shown.
- Forms and requests. What you enter in the workshop waitlist, partner application and speaking request forms, such as your name, email address and the details you provide. We also record which page the form was sent from and your browser's user agent.
- Messages. What you send us by email.
Information created as you use FibonexPro
- Learning progress. Which course sessions and days you started or completed, your lesson-check answers, active watch time, last and furthest video positions, and when you last watched.
- Membership and account status. Whether you are a Pioneer or a Trader, when that changed, and whether your account is active, restricted or suspended, including the reason we gave you.
- Email records. Which service and optional emails were queued, sent, skipped or failed; any historical Course & Community and Partner & Exchange choices; when, where and under which wording version each choice was made or withdrawn; and any delivery suppression.
- Export records. When you created a Journal or Wealth Builder PDF, so we can apply the monthly export allowance.
- Security records. Sign-in activity recorded by our authentication provider, a record of actions our staff take on accounts, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used briefly to limit repeated requests.
Cookies and browser storage
FibonexPro does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps a small amount of information in your browser's storage so the site works. All of it is necessary for a feature you use, so there is nothing optional to switch on:

You can see this at any time from , the small round button in the bottom-left corner and in the footer of every page, or remove it by clearing your browser's storage for fibonexpro.com.
YouTube video. The Workshop loads automatically in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com) and attempts muted inline playback. Published course videos use the same privacy-enhanced player after a signed-in member opens a lesson; course videos do not autoplay. YouTube receives your IP address and device/browser information when its player loads and may store information under its own privacy policy. FibonexPro stores course watch progress to resume lessons, calculate completion, and personalize learning; optional course reminders use that progress only when Course & Community Emails is on.
To load its typefaces, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts, and the PDF tools on the Wealth Builder and Trading Journal load a library from jsDelivr. These providers receive your IP address as part of delivering the files. They are not used by FibonexPro to track you.
How we use information
- To create and run your account, and to show your courses, Journal and tools.
- To review Trader access requests and to manage membership.
- To send service emails: email verification, password resets, Trader access decisions and changes to your account status.
- To send essential course and community updates related to membership. Partner, exchange or promotional Trader onboarding email requires a separate historical choice and is not included with signup.
- To use your current course and activity state to choose a relevant reminder for an email category you enabled. We re-check your choice before every optional send.
- To keep the service secure: preventing abuse, limiting repeated requests and keeping a record of staff actions.
- To answer your questions, partner and speaking requests, and workshop waitlist sign-ups.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who helps us run FibonexPro
We use a small number of providers, who process information on our behalf only to provide their service:
- Supabase: sign-in, account security and the database that stores your account, progress and Journal.
- Vercel: hosting for the website and the server functions it uses.
- Resend: delivery of the emails we send you: service email, and optional email only in a category you switched on. Resend reports whether each message was delivered, bounced or marked as spam; a bounce or spam complaint stops further optional email to that address.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: delivery of typefaces and the PDF export library, as described above.
- YouTube: the Workshop video when that page loads, and a published course video when a signed-in member opens its lesson.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect the safety of members or the service.
Exchanges, referral links and other sites
FibonexPro links to cryptocurrency exchanges and other services, and some of those links carry a FibonexPro referral code. When you follow one, you deal with that company directly, under its own terms and privacy policy. Following a link does not send them your FibonexPro account details.
FibonexPro may receive compensation from a referral program when you register or trade through an eligible link. See the Terms and Conditions for how referral relationships work.
How long we keep information
We keep account, progress and Journal information while your account is active, so the service keeps working for you. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your information, except where we need to keep a record for security, to prevent abuse, to resolve disputes or to meet a legal obligation. Form submissions are kept while they are needed to respond and to follow up.
Information in your browser's storage stays until you sign out, clear it, or the feature replaces it.
How we protect information
FibonexPro uses encrypted connections, database rules that let each member reach only their own records, private storage for Journal screenshots, multi-factor authentication for staff, and limited staff access. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has used your account.
Where information is processed
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to the information they handle for us.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or delete your information: email admin@fibonexpro.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act.
- Journal records: you can delete your own trades and trading accounts from the Trading Journal at any time.
- Account communication: essential course, account and community updates are included with membership. Promotional partner and exchange offers are not included with signup. Historical optional choices remain on record; use an unsubscribe link in an optional email or contact us to withdraw them.
- Browser storage: Privacy Settings shows what is stored. You can clear your browser's storage for fibonexpro.com at any time; you will then need to sign in again.
- Selling and sharing: FibonexPro does not sell or share your information for advertising. Your Privacy Choices explains this and how we honour browser privacy signals.
Children
FibonexPro is an education service about crypto and trading intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email admin@fibonexpro.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this statement
When FibonexPro changes how it handles information, we will update this statement and the date at the top. If we ever add an optional technology, such as analytics, we will ask for your choice before it is used.
