Selling and sharing
FibonexPro does not sell personal information, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising pixels or analytics trackers on the site. Service providers such as our hosting, database and email providers process information only to run FibonexPro for us, as the Privacy Statement describes.
If that ever changes, we will update this page first and honour opt-out requests and browser privacy signals.
Privacy settings and browser storage
FibonexPro keeps only what a feature you use needs in your browser, such as your sign-in session and your progress. There are no optional cookies or trackers to switch on or off. The Workshop video loads automatically in YouTube privacy-enhanced mode, muted, and attempts inline autoplay.
Privacy Settings, the small round button in the bottom-left corner of every page, shows this at a glance and holds your two optional email choices.
Account and promotional email
Essential course, account and community updates are included with membership. Promotional partner and exchange offers are not included with signup. Historical optional email preferences remain saved to your account, not your browser.
- Signed in: open Privacy Settings to review account communication. Use an unsubscribe link in an optional email or contact us to change a historical promotional preference.
- Not signed in: log in first, or email admin@fibonexpro.com from the address you want unsubscribed.
- Account and security emails, such as email verification, password resets and Trader access decisions, are always sent because the service needs them.
- Every optional email includes links to unsubscribe from its category or from all optional FibonexPro email. A bounce, complaint or administrative suppression cannot be overridden in Privacy Settings.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, FibonexPro treats it as a request not to sell or share your personal information. FibonexPro does neither, so the signal is honoured automatically. It does not change your marketing email choice, which you manage separately.

Make a privacy request
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information FibonexPro holds about you, or to opt out of marketing email. Email admin@fibonexpro.com from the address on your account and tell us what you would like us to do.
- You do not need to send your password, exchange UID or any other sensitive details.
- We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you before we act on it.
- We will tell you what we did, and explain anything we must keep, for example for security or legal reasons.
Things you can do yourself
- Choose Course & Community Emails and Partner & Exchange Offers independently in Privacy Settings.
- Delete your own trades and trading accounts in the Trading Journal.
- Change or reset your password from the Log In dialog.
- Clear FibonexPro's storage in your browser settings. You will be signed out.
